Dr. Chelle Trunk Jacobs was born in Madison, Wisconsin, but lived there only briefly. She and her four siblings were “Air Force brats”, but now consider Azle their home since they moved here in 1983. Dr. Jacobs is also an identical twin and graduated from Azle HS in 1986. She was married to Mark Jacobs in 1991 and has three children.

Dr. Jacobs’s education includes an Associates Degree in Business and Liberal Arts from TCJC. She also has an Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene at Pima CC in Tucson, Arizona. She later earned Bachelors in Biology from the University of Arizona, and went on to graduate with a Doctorate in Dental Surgery from the University of Texas at San Antonio.

Dr. Jacobs enjoy spending time with her large family, which includes her children, siblings, and nine nieces and nephews. She also volunteers for dental education in public schools to make sure every child gets a memorable lesson about their teeth.
