I had a dental emergency and could not find a dentist that would get me in but Dr Jacobs did and even stayed an extra 20 mins because I was trying to get there from across town. She took care of me, explained everything and was so kind.... definitely an answer to prayer when I was hurting and truly needed help.The staff was amazing and Dr Jacobs was so patient and detail oriented.... I want to thank Dr Jacobs for always taking the time to care for me and my family members like they were her own. She is one of the most knowable dentist i have been too. Her Staff is always polite and will go out of their way to help with any concerns you may have. Beautiful office. I will only go to NW family dental for me and my family.
