WE LOVE TO SERVE!
With all the bad news surrounding COVID-19, we wanted to share what we are doing to help prevent spread, but still help the community as much as we can!
We are still open for emergency patients at reduced hours from 10AM – 3PM Monday to Thursdays. Call ahead prior to arriving to get a time slot and reduce contact between patients as much as possible.
Check out what we’ve been doing to help!
What Defines “Emergency”?
- Time Sensitive Procedures
- Pain
- Discomfort
If you believe the issue is very severe or life threatening, please call 911 or head the nearest ER for major emergencies.
We will still reschedule these appointments as advised by the CDC for the following reasons:
- Recent international travel within 14 days
- Any flu like symptoms (cough, fever, runny nose and fatigue)
- Exposure to individuals with flu like symptoms
Please notify us if you fall into any of these categories so that we can limit the spread and keep everyone safe.
Before Your Appointment
We will call you 1 or 2 business days prior to your appointment to verify any information about the procedure that needs to be performed, as well as ask you about your current medical wellness. This will make sure the appointment goes as safe as possible for all patients and staff, as well as limit as much contact as we can. We will also being using Online Video calling apps like Zoom/Facebook Messenger to help patients that might need assistance/follow up but don’t need to come into the office.
In The Office
We sanitize all objects we use in any procedure, as well as use all of the CDC and ADA recommended medical safety gear to keep the patients and staff safe. These include but are not limited too:
- Full-Face Shields
- Clinical PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
- N95 Respirators
- Approved Disinfection Procedures
After your Appointment
After your appointment we will fully sanitize or dispose of equipment used as usual, but follow any extra approved and recommended practices from the CDC and ADA to limit any further risk. We will try to take advantage of Online Video Calling services to give any post-appointment discussions to keep foot traffic as low as possible and prevent spread.
Please help us in limiting the spread of the COVID-19 virus and keep everyone safe.
