Meet Dr Chelle Jacobs

Dr. Chelle Trunk Jacobs was born in Madison, Wisconsin, but lived there only briefly. She and her four siblings were “Air Force brats”, but now consider Azle their home since they moved here in 1983. Dr. Jacobs is also an identical twin and graduated from Azle HS in 1986. She was married to Mark Jacobs in 1991 and has three children.

Dr. Jacobs’s education includes an Associates Degree in Business and Liberal Arts from TCJC. She also has an Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene at Pima CC in Tucson, Arizona.  She later earned Bachelors in Biology from the University of Arizona, and went on to graduate with a Doctorate in Dental Surgery from the University of Texas at San Antonio.

Dr. Jacobs enjoy spending time with her large family, which includes her children, siblings, and nine nieces and nephews. Her parents are Gerald and Sharon Trunk of Azle, Texas.

Dr. Jacobs volunteers for dental education in public schools and will go out of her way to make sure every child gets a memorable lesson about their teeth. Most children refer to her as Mrs. Flossy. She also donates her time to several community dental assistance programs.

Dr. Jacobs also is a member of Azle Christian Church. She has served as deacon, children church teacher, choir member, and in the ukulele band. One of her favorite things about her church is the fellowship at the Wednesday night meals.

Dr. Jacobs hobbies are gardening, golf, renaissance fairs, camping, and playing the ukulele. She loves a good mystery book and is a avid Harry Potter fan.

Dr. Jacobs love’s dentistry and enjoys working with patients of all ages!
