How we handle referrals
- Same-week appointments for most referrals — sooner if urgent.
- Direct provider-to-provider communication — we’ll call you with our findings and treatment plan.
- Detailed reports sent back to your office (HIPAA-compliant) once treatment is complete.
- No “patient capture” — we treat the referred condition and send the patient back to you for ongoing care, unless they explicitly choose otherwise.
Common referrals we receive
- Routine cleanings & preventive care for patients of providers without hygienists on staff
- Restorative work — crowns, bridges, dentures
- Implant placement and restoration (single tooth and implant-supported overdentures)
- Wisdom teeth extractions and surgical extractions
- Root canal therapy
